A handsome Antique Sterling Silver entree dish with cover, having a rectangular body with rounded corners and applied straight gadroon borders, a cast bayonet-fit removable asparagus style loop handle, and sitting on a flat base. Made by Carrington and Co., of London in 1912. The dimensions of this fine hand-made antique silver entree dish and cover are length 28 cms (11 inches), height including handle 11 cms (4.5 inches), width 20 cms (8 inches), and with a total weight of approx. 1,540g (49.7 troy ounces).

   Antique Victorian sterling silver entree dish and cover, having shaped applied reeded border, with removable handle, and sitting on an original Old Sheffield plated hot-water warming stand. All made by T & J Creswick of London in 1843. Length 35 cms (13.75 inches), width 24 cms (9.5 inches), height including handle 19 cms (7.5 inches). Weight of entree dish and cover approx. 1,591g (51 troy ounces). Please note that the cover is crested.

Antique Victorian silver plated double entree dish, having a very unusual double oval dish style, with removable cover and handle, applied gadroon and shell borders, a further side handle, and sitting on four cast lions-paw feet. Made in ca. 1890. The dimensions of this fine double entree dish and cover are height 15 cms (6 inches), length 23 cms (9 inches), and width 21.5 cms (8.5 inches).
