Antique Georgian sterling silver pair of entree dishes and covers with cast removable handles. Made by Jonathan Perkins I of London in 1805. With shaped gadroon edges and pretty hand-engraved decoration. The cast handles are in the form of a weaved basket of fruit. Length 26 cms (10.25 inches), width 21.5 cms (8.5 inches). Total weight approx. 104 troy ounces (3,224g). Both entree dish covers are crested. |
