A very pretty Antique Edwardian sterling silver and hand-cut crystal jam, honey, or preserve jar, having a square body decorated with hand-engraved reeded vertical bands, and with sloping upper and lower borders, together with a square stepped pull-off silver lid with looped handle, and all sitting on a star-cut base. Made by Heath & Middleton of Birmingham in 1908. The dimensions of this fine hand-made antique silver and crystal jam or honey jar are height 9.5 cms (3.75 inches), and 7 cms (2.75 inches) square.
