A very handsome Antique Edwardian Sterling Silver and crystal honey or jam jar, having a plain cylindrical body with star-cut base, a plain round mount, with a mechanical swing-handled hinged lid. Together with a matching plain honey spoon. This beautiful honey or jam jar was made by Goldsmiths & Silversmiths of London in 1909, and the spoon was made by John Grinsell and Sons of Birmingham in 1910. The dimensions of this fine hand-made antique silver and glass conserve jar are height (inc. handle) 12 cms (4.75 inches), and diameter 8 cms (3 inches).
