Antique Victorian silver (835 standard) jardinière, having an oval body, with hand-pierced geometrical and floral decoration, an applied shell and gadroon border, and sitting on four cast shell feet. Made in Austria (possibly) in ca. 1890. The dimensions of this fine hand-made jardinière are length 38 cms (16 inches), width 24 cms (9.5 inches), and height 13 cms (5 inches).

An Antique Victorian Sterling Silver flower Jardiniere, having an oval body, with an applied shaped gadroon border and hand-chased fluted decoration, with vacant round cartouches either side, and sitting on a matching pedestal foot. Made by Henry Atkins of Sheffield in 1892. The dimensions of this fine hand-made antique silver Jardiniere for flowers are length 20 cms (8 inches), width 15 cms (6 inches), height 11 cms (4.25 inches), and it weighs approx. 373g (12 troy ounces). Please note that this piece has its own hand-made to fit silver-plated rose grill.

Probably Dutch in origin but with import assay marks for London in 1890. Length 28 cms (11 inches), width 15 cms (6 inches), height 16 cms (6.3 inches). Weight approx. 612g (19.7 troy ounces).

Antique Edwardian sterling silver jardinière, having an oval body with hand-pierced and engraved decoration in a basket-weave style, applied shell and scroll borders, with two cast floral handles, and sitting on four cast scroll feet. Made by Wakely & Wheeler of Chester in 1902. The dimensions of this fine hand-made silver table jardinière are length 35 cms (13.75 inches), width 20 cms (8 inches), height 11.5 cms (4.5 inches), and it weighs approx. 844g (27 troy ounces).

Made by Charles Stuart Harris of London in 1887. Length 25 cms (10 inches), width 18 cms (7 inches), height 11 cms (4.25 inches). Weight approx. 612g (19.7 troy ounces).

Made by Henry Wilkinson of Birmingham in 1882. The dimensions of this fine hand-made antique silver and crystal jardinière / epergne are length 34 cms (13.5 inches), width 25 cms (10 inches), height 30.5 cms (12 inches), and it weighs approx. 1,118g (36 troy ounces).

A very impressive and pretty Antique Victorian silver jardiniere, having an oval hand-chased and pierced body with applied floral decoration, two cast scroll-work handles with shell thumb-pieces, sitting on four cast foliate feet, and with an original gold-gilt interior liner. Probably German in origin and made in circa. 1880 in the 800 standard silver. The dimensions of this fine hand-made silver jardinière are Length 67 cms (26.5 inches), width 33 cms (13 inches), height 28 cms (11 inches), and it weighs approx. 4,140g (134 troy ounces).
