Antique Victorian sterling silver jardiniere, having a gold-gilt interior, applied shaped gadroon border, hand-chased oval body with anthemion leaf decoration and swags, sitting on a pedestal foot. Made by Charles Stuart Harris of London in 1887. Length 25 cms (10 inches), width 18 cms (7 inches), height 11 cms (4.25 inches). Weight approx. 612g (19.7 troy ounces).
