Sterling silver tea tray, having an oval body with a very plain ground, a raised gallery border with hand-pierced scroll decoration, two integral side-handles, and sitting on a flat base. Made by J. Gloster Ltd., of Birmingham in 1932. The dimensions of this fine hand-made silver tray are length (inc. handles) 50 cms (19.75 inches), width 35.5 cms (14 inches), and it weighs approx. 1,300g (42 troy ounces).

This very handsome silver tray was made by Sydney Segal of Sheffield in 1972.
