Antique Georgian sterling silver oval two-handled tea tray with beautifully hand-engraved floral and swag decoration, and cast gadroon border. This handsome sterling silver tray was made by William Bennett of London in 1805. The dimensions of this fine hand-made silver tray are length inc. handles 53 cms (21 inches), width 33 cms (13 inches), and it weighs approx. 1,550g (50 troy ounces). Please note that this item is crested in the central cartouche. |
