A handsome Antique Sterling Silver muffin dish, having a round body with an applied ribbon and reed border, with two side handles having black ebonised inserts, a domed and panelled lift-off lid with cast finial, and all sitting on a flat base. Made by James Dixon and Sons of Sheffield in 1911. The dimensions of this fine hand-made antique silver muffin dish are diameter 18 cms (7 inches), height 9 cms (3.5 inches), and it weighs approx. 330g (10.6 troy ounces).
