An elegant Sterling Silver muffin dish, having a round body with an applied and shaped reeded petal border, a domed lift-off lid with a bone finial, an original internal liner, and all sitting on a flat base. This beautiful silver caviar or muffin dish was made by Mappin and Webb of Sheffield in 1926. The dimensions of this fine hand-made silver muffin or caviar dish are diameter 18 cms (7 inches), height 10 cms (4 inches), and it weighs approx. 550g (17.7 troy ounces).
