A rare and very elegant Antique Georgian Sterling Silver pair of drum mustard pots, having plain round bodies with slightly convex sides, with applied reeded top and bottom borders, domed hinged lids with plain oval thumb-pieces and ball finials, scroll side-handles, and a blue-glass and clear glass liner. These beautiful silver mustard pots were made by John Emes of London in 1802. The dimensions of these fine hand-made antique silver mustard pots are length 8.5 cms (3.3 inches), height 8.5 cms (3.3 inches), diameter of bodies 6 cms (2.25 inches), and they weigh a total of approx. 213g (6.9 troy ounces).
