Antique Georgian sterling silver dish-cross stand, having a central burner with gadroon border, rotating square cross-section arms, sitting on four cast shell feet. Made by Joseph Lock of London in 1775. Length 26 cms (10.25 inches). Weight approx. 549g (17.7 troy ounces). Please note that this dish cross has fixed legs.

 Antique Georgian sterling silver Scottish dish cross, having a central hand-pierced body, square cross-section rotating arms, sitting on four movable hand-pierced feet, with beaded borders. Made in Edinburgh in 1789 (no makers mark which is acceptable for a Scottish piece of this period). Length 36 cms (14.25 inches), height 8 cms (3.25 inches). Weight approx. 445g (14.4 troy ounces).
