A very handsome Sterling Silver six-piece condiment set, in a very plain round Georgian style with applied reeded borders, and consisting of two pepper pots, two open salt cellars with blue-glass liners, and two covered mustard pots with hinged lids and blue-glass liners, together with two salt spoons and two mustard spoons, and all in their original cream satin and black velvet-lined presentation box. This beautiful silver condiment service was made by S. Blankensee and Sons of Chester and Birmingham in 1939. The dimensions of this fine hand-made silver condiment set are height of pepper pot 7 cms (2.75 inches), length of mustard pot 8 cms (3 inches), and the total weight is approx. 268g (8.6 troy ounces).
