A handsome Antique Edwardian Sterling Silver three-piece travelling communion set consisting of chalice, paten, and wine flagon. In a plain round style, having a gold-gilt interior to the chalice, an amphora style flagon, and a paten with an applied border and pedestal foot. All the pieces sit in their original cream satin and blue velvet-lined presentation box. Made by Thomas Wooley of Birmingham in 1902. The dimensions of this fine hand-made antique silver travelling communion set are height of flagon 9.5 cms (3.75 inches), diameter of paten 6 cms (2.5 inches), and with a total weight of approx. 113g (3.6 troy ounces). Please note that all items are engraved with a Christogram, and that the flagon does not have a stopper.
