A very handsome Antique Georgian Sterling Silver wine decanting funnel, having a round body with hand-chased half-fluted decoration, and a pull out strainer with a shell clip and a shell and scroll border. Made by William Eley and William Fearn of London in 1826. The dimensions of this fine hand-made silver wine decanting funnel are height 15 cms (6 inches), diameter of cup 9.5 cms (3.75 inches), and it weighs approx. 198g (6.4 troy ounces).
