A very handsome and large Sterling Silver water jug, in a George I beer jug style, having a plain round bellied body, sparrow-beak spout, a scroll handle, and sitting on a collet foot. Made by Edward Barnard of London in 1975. The dimensions of this fine hand-made silver water jug are height 18 cms (7 inches), length 19 cms (7.5 inches), capacity of 1.5 litres (2.64 pints) and it weighs approx. 747g (24 troy ounces).
