A very elegant pair of Antique Victorian Sterling Silver vases, having plain round bodies with tapering sides, with two scroll side handles and hand-pierced thumb-pieces, and all sitting on round pedestal feet. These handsome silver vases were made by Martin Hall and Co. Ltd., of Sheffield in 1896. The dimensions of these fine hand-made antique silver vases are height 12.5 cms (5 inches), spread across handles 10 cms (4 inches), diameter of bodies at lip 5.5 cms (2.25 inches), and they weigh approx. 277g (8.9 troy ounces).
