A very handsome Antique Edwardian Sterling Silver trophy cup, in a George II style, having a round body with applied floral strap-work decoration, two scroll side-handles with anthemion leaf thumb-pieces, a central applied girdle band, and all sitting on a stepped pedestal foot. Made by Elkington and Co., of Birmingham in 1908. The dimensions of this fine hand-made antique silver trophy cup are height 16 cms (6.3 inches), spread across arms 21 cms (8.25 inches), and it weighs approx. 510g (16.5 troy ounces).
