A very pretty Antique Georgian Sterling Silver teapot, having an oval panelled body with curved sides, an upper band of hand-engraved floral and scroll decoration, a plain straight tapering spout, a wooden scroll handle and finial, an invisibly hinged domed lid, and all sitting on a flat base. This elegant Georgian silver teapot was made by Soloman Hougham of London in 1798. The dimensions of this fine hand-made antique silver teapot are length 32 cms (12.5 inches), height 16 cms (6.3 inches), and it weighs approx. 450g (14.5 troy ounces).
