A handsome Antique Edwardian Sterling Silver teapot, having an oval body with hand-chased straight half fluting, a wooden insulated handle, a hinged domed lid with fluting, a wooden finial, and all sitting on a collet foot. Made by Charles Hornes of Birmingham in 1904. The dimensions of this fine hand-made antique silver bachelor teapot are height 13.5 cms (5.3 inches), length 23.5 cms (9.25 inches), and it weighs approx. 325g (10.5 troy ounces). |
