A very elegant Sterling Silver tea strainer and bowl in an Art Deco style, having an Athenian pattern handle, a round hand-pierced bowl with two side holder lugs, and sitting on a plain round dregs bowl with three flange feet. This handsome Art Deco silver tea strainer was made by Cooper Brothers of Sheffield in 1937. The dimensions of this fine hand-made silver tea strainer & bowl are length 15 cms (6 inches), diameter of bowl 6.5 cms (2.5 inches), with a total weight of approx. 98g (3.2 troy ounces). |
