An elegant Sterling Silver tea strainer and dregs bowl in a Georgian lemon strainer style, having a round hand-pierced bowl with an applied bead-edged border, with two hand-pierced side-handles, and sitting on an original plain round dregs stand with three ball feet. This beautiful silver tea strainer was made by Hampton Utilities of Birmingham in 1965. The dimensions of this fine hand-made silver tea strainer and bowl are height 3.5 cms (1.3 inches), width across handles 11 cms (4.25 inches), diameter of bowl 6.5 cms (2.5 inches), and it weighs a total of approx. 87g (2.8 troy ounces). |
