A very pretty Sterling Silver tea strainer and bowl, having a floral hand-pierced handle, a round hand-pierced bowl with two side holder lugs, and sitting on a plain round dregs bowl with a hand-chased middle band. Made by Frances Howard of Sheffield in 1923. The dimensions of this fine hand-made silver tea strainer & bowl are length 15 cms (6 inches), diameter of bowl 6.5 cms (2.5 inches), with a total weight of approx. 87g (2.8 troy ounces). |
