Sterling silver Art Deco tea and coffee service, consisting of Teapot, Coffee pot, sugar bowl, cream jug, and tea tray. Having plain octagonal bodies, with bone handles and finials, and sitting on pedestal feet, displayed on an original octagonal tea tray with matching handles. All made by Emile Viner of Sheffield in 1938. The dimensions of this fine hand-made silver tea and coffee service are length of tray 53.5 cms (21 inches), width 12.75 inches (32.5 cms), height of coffee pot 20 cms (8 inches), and with a total weight of approx. 3,500g (113 troy ounces). |
