An Antique Victorian Silver Plated tea caddy box, having an oval straight-sided body, a flat lid with a hidden hinge, with hand-engraved bands of floral decoration top and bottom, together with two round cartouches front and back, and sitting on a flat base. Made by the Mappin Brothers in ca. 1870. The dimensions of this fine hand-made antique silver-plated tea caddy box are height 9 cms (3.5 inches), length 12 cms (4.75 inches), and width 9 cms (3.5 inches). |
