A very handsome Antique Silver-plated and wood framed three-bottle tantalus, with original hand-cut crystal decanters and stoppers, all in an oak (poss.) wooden frame with silver-plated and nickel pinned mounts, with a patented lock mechanism and key. The presentation inscription is engraved onto a sterling silver plaque with hallmarks, which indicate that this beautiful antique silver-plated and wood tantalus was made by Walker and Hall of Birmingham in 1912. The dimensions of this fine hand-made antique three-bottle tantalus are length 36 cms (14 inches), height 32 cms (12.5 inches), and depth 14 cms (5.5 inches).
