An Antique late Georgian (William IV) Sterling Silver sugar bowl, having a round bellied body with hand-chased floral decoration, an applied lobed top border, with two scroll side handles, and sitting on a collet foot. Made by the Barnard Brothers of London in 1837. The dimensions of this fine hand-made antique silver sugar bowl are height 10 cms (4 inches), width across handles 21.5 cms (8.5 inches), and it weighs approx. 374g (12 troy ounces). |
