A lovely Antique Georgian Sterling Silver sugar basket, having a shaped rectangular and panelled body with cut-corners, an applied reeded top border above a band of hand-engraved floral and scroll decoration, a gold-gilt interior, and sitting on a matching pedestal foot. Made by William Frisbee of London in 1794. The dimensions of this fine hand-made antique silver sugar basket are height 14.5 cms (5.75 inches), length 10 cms (4 inches), length 16.5 cms (6.5 inches), width 10 cms (4 inches), and it weighs approx. 258g (8.3 troy ounces).
