A very pretty Antique Victorian Silver Plated large salver, having an applied cast scroll border with floral decoration and piercing, with a ground having hand-engraved floral and scroll decoration surrounding a central vacant round cartouche, and all sitting on three cast scroll feet. Made (poss.) by James Dixon And Sons of Sheffield in ca. 1860. The dimensions of this fine hand-made antique silver-plated salver are diameter 48 cms (19 inches), and height 5 cms (2 inches).
