A large Antique Georgian Sterling Silver salver, having an oval body, with a plain burnished ground, an applied Reeded border, and sitting on four cast scroll feet. Made by William Bennett (Possibly) of London in 1801. The dimensions of this fine hand-made silver salver are length 46 cms (18 inches), width 35 cms (13.75 inches), and it weighs approx. 1,735g (56 troy ounces). |
