Antique Victorian sterling silver shaped pillbox made by Saunders & Shepherd of Birmingham in 1899. Length 6.5 cms.

 Antique Edwardian sterling silver pill box, having an oval body, with hand-hammered decoration, a hinged lid with vacant cartouche, and sitting on a flat base. Made in Birmingham in 1905. The dimensions of this fine hand-made silver pill box are length 9.5 cms (3.75 inches), height 3 cms (1.25 inches), width 4.5 cms (1.75 inches), and it weighs approx. 48g (1.6 troy ounces).
