An Antique Georgian sterling silver pair of George II pepper pots, having plain round baluster bodies, with hand-pierced pull-off lids and finials, and sitting on pedestal feet. Made by Thomas Bamford I of London in 1730. The dimensions of these fine hand-made silver pepper pots are height 14.5 cms (5.75 inches), diameter of main body 5 cms (2 inches), and they weigh a total of approx. 257g (8.3 troy ounces).
