Antique Victorian sterling silver pepper pot (or small sugar caster), having a cylindrical body with hand-chased floral decoration, a hand-pierced pull-off lid, and sitting on a collet foot. Made by Nathan & Hayes of Chester in 1895. The dimensions of this fine hand-made silver caster / pepper pot are height 10 cms (4 inches), diameter at base main body 4 cms (1.5 inches), and it weighs approx. 85g (2.7 troy ounces)
