A very pretty Antique Edwardian Silver Articulated fish, having hand-chased scales and fins, and with two green glass eyes. This beautiful articulated silver fish model was made in Cordoba, Spain in ca. 1940. On one of the lower fins you can see the hallmark of a Pentagram that is a Spanish quality mark indicating a minimum of 915 Silver purity (Sterling Standard is 925), and in a separate mark the letters CO representing Cordoba. The dimensions of this fine hand-made antique Articulated Silver fish are length 15 cms (6 inches), height 4 cms (1.5 inches), and it weighs approx. 72g (2.3 troy ounces).
