A very pretty Antique Victorian Sterling Silver desk set consisting of an inkstand and a pair of candle holders, in a round style with hand-chased swirl fluting and wavy-edge borders, the inkstand with a hinged lid and glass liner, the candlesticks with removable nozzles. This beautiful silver desk set was made by the Dixon Brothers of Sheffield in 1889. The dimensions of this fine antique silver desk set are height of candlesticks 14 cms (5.5 inches), and diameter of inkstand at base 11.5 cms (4.5 inches).
