A very pretty Antique Victorian Sterling Silver pair of napkin rings, having round straight-sided bodies with applied borders, each one hand-engraved with a band of floral and scroll-work decoration, with shield-shaped vacant cartouches, and all in their original maroon satin and velvet-lined presentation box. Made by the Deakin Brothers of Chester in 1896. The dimensions of these fine hand-made antique silver napkin rings are diameter 4.5 cms (1.75 inches), height 2.5 cms (1 inch), and they weigh a total of approx. 36g (1.2 troy ounces).
