Antique Georgian sterling silver drum mustard pot, having a round body with straight sides, with subtle hand-engraved bands of floral decoration, a bead-edged top border, a hinged lid with pierced thumb-piece, a blue glass liner and scroll handle, all sitting on a flat base. Made by Robert Hennell of London in 1784. The dimensions of this fine hand-made silver mustard pot are height 8 cms (3 inches), diameter 6 cms (2.3 inches), and it weighs approx. 110g (3.5 troy ounces).
