A very handsome Antique Georgian Sterling Silver heavy goblet, having a plain round tapering body with a gold-gilt interior, and sitting on a pedestal foot with reeded decoration and a square base. Made by Thomas Hobbs of London in 1811. The dimensions of this fine hand-made antique silver goblet are height 17 cms (6.75 inches), diameter at lip 9 cms (3.5 inches), and it weighs approx. 312g (10 troy ounces).
