A Sterling Silver altar chalice and paten, having a plain round tapering cup, a middle baluster with hand-chased floral work made to look as if mounted with six jewels, and a spreading hexa-foil foot, with applied rope-twist borders, together with an original plain round paten. Made by Frederick Osborne and Co., of London in 1934. The dimensions of this fine hand-made silver chalice & paten are height 20 cms (8 inches), width at base 14 cms (5.5 inches), and it weighs approx. 659g (21 troy ounces).
