A very handsome Sterling Silver altar chalice and paten, having a plain round tapering cup with a gold-gilt interior, a middle plain round stepped baluster, sitting on a round stepped pedestal foot, and a matching plain round paten with the upper side gold-gilt. The chalice made by J. S. Harman of London in 1933, and the paten made by G.M.B. of London in 1972. The dimensions of this fine hand-made silver chalice and paten are height of chalice 16 cms (6.25 inches), diameter of paten 11.5 cms (4.5 inches), and with a total weight of approx. 330g (10.6 troy ounces). |
