An Antique Victorian Sterling Silver and Gold Gilt small communion chalice, having a round cup with a hand-engraved band of diamond shapes, a middle baluster with hand-chased diamond shaped decoration, and all sitting on a spreading hexafoil foot engraved with a Christogram. Made by John Keith of London in 1855. The dimensions of this fine hand-made antique silver chalice are height 12.5 cms (5 inches), width at base 8 cms (3 inches), and it weighs approx. 125g (4 troy ounces). |
