Antique Georgian sterling silver and hand-cut crystal five-bottle Warwick style cruet set, having a stand with scroll work holders, a cast and twisted loop handle, a cast applied cartouche and sitting on four cast shell feet. With two smaller baluster style pepper pots, a larger caster, and two crystal shakers with silver tops. Made by Jabez Daniel and James Mince of London in 1767. The dimensions of this fine hand-made silver cruet set are width of stand 19 cms (7.5 inches), height of stand 23 cms (9 inches), and weight of silver approx. 770g (24.8 troy ounces). Please note that the silver tops on the crystal bottles are unmarked, and the stand is crested. |
