A pretty Sterling Silver three-piece condiment set in a traditional style with Chippendale borders, consisting of an open salt cellar with a blue glass liner, a pepper pot with pull-off lid, a mustard pot with blue glass liner and hinged lid, together with two original condiment spoons, and all in their cream satin and black velvet-lined presentation box. Made by William Suckling of Birmingham in 1955. The dimensions of this fine hand-made silver condiment service are length of mustard pot 7.5 cms (3 inches), height of pepper pot 8 cms (3 inches), width of salt cellar 5 cms (2 inches), and with a total weight of approx. 136g (4.4 troy ounces). |
