A Sterling Silver six-piece travelling communion set consisting of chalice, paten, water, and wine bottles, a wafer pyx box, and an anointing spoon. The chalice having a plain round body with tapering sides, and sitting on a round pedestal foot. The paten and pyx box having plain round bodies. The wine and water bottles having plain round screw-off lids, cork seals, and hand-cut crystal bodies. All sitting in their original dark blue satin and velvet-lined presentation box, which also has a concealed compartment for sacramental cloth and wafers. All made by H. F. and Co. Ltd., of London in 1966. The dimensions of this fine hand-made silver travelling communion set are height of chalice 8.5 cms (3.3 inches), diameter of paten 8.5 cms (3.3 inches), and with a total weight of approx. 155g (5 troy ounces). Please note that there is slight damage to the box interior, but every item is still held securely.
