A very unusual and fine pair of Sterling Silver Queen Anne style side-handled coffee or chocolate pots, having plain round bodies with straight tapering sides and applied cut-card work, hinged domed lids with cast thumb-pieces and hinged finials to allow the use of a chocolate stirring spoons, curved spouts with hinged openings, hand-carved wooden scroll handles with applied silver mounts, and all sitting on round collet feet. Made by Heming and Co., of London in 1932. The dimensions of this fine hand-made pair of silver chocoloate or coffee pots are length 16.5 cms (6.5 inches), height 23 cms (9 inches), and they weigh a total of approx. 1,302g (42 troy ounces).
