A very handsome Antique Victorian Sterling Silver and hand-cut crystal claret jug, having a plain oval mount, a hinged flat lid with scroll finial, a plain scroll handle with thumb-piece, together with a hand-cut Hobnail pattern oval body with straight tapering sides, and with a star-cut flat base. Made by William Hutton and Sons of London in 1900. The dimensions of this fine hand-made antique silver and crystal claret jug are height 27 cms (10.75 inches), and length 16.5 cms (6.5 inches).
