An Antique Victorian Silver Plated and hand-cut crystal claret jug, having a plain round mount with applied reeded borders, a stepped lid with a hand-pierced thumb-piece, a flat-topped scroll handle attached to a round and reeded security ring, together with a hand-cut round, panelled, and bellied crystal body with star-cut base. Made by William Hutton and Sons of Sheffield in 1880. The dimensions of this fine hand-made antique silver plated and crystal claret jug are height 24 cms (9.5 inches), and length 15 cms (6 inches).
