A large and handsome Sterling Silver cigarette or cigar humidor table box, having a rectangular straight-sided body with all over engine-turned decoration, a hinged lid having an applied thumb-piece and central cartouche, a gold-gilt and cedar wood-lined interior, with two removable dividers. Made by Goldsmiths and Silversmiths of London in 1937. The dimensions of this fine hand-made silver table box are length 23 cms (9 inches), width 18 cms (7 inches), and height 7 cms (2.75 inches).
