Sterling silver Art Deco style cigarette / cigar table box, having a very plain rectangular body with straight sides, hinged lid with thumb-piece, with engine-turned bands on inside border and lid, a wooden cedar-lined interior, and all sitting on four stepped corner feet. Made by J. B. Chatterley & Sons Ld., of Birmingham in 1955. The dimensions of this fine hand-made silver table box are length 17 cms (6.75 inches), height 6 cms (2.3 inches), and width 9.5 cms (3.75 inches).
