A very pretty Sterling Silver pair of candelabra in a Neoclassical boat-shaped style, having removable arms with three lights, plain and reed-banded columns with pointed oval bases, with plain scroll-shaped arms, capitals with reeded decoration, removable nozzles with drip pans, and reed-edged borders. Made by Mappin and Webb of Sheffield in 1938. The dimensions of this fine hand-made pair of silver candelabra are height 36.5 cms (14.3 inches), and spread across arms 32.5 cms (12.75 inches).
